Can we meet before we book?
Of course!  This is always recommended.  If you'd like to meet simply drop me an email and we can arrange a time and date.

Do we meet up before the wedding?
Yes, if we don't meet before you book we will certainly meet up before the big day to discuss your arrangements.  I'm only a phone call away also, so you can always call to talk things through.

Do you have a 2nd shooter?
My fiance Emma comes to most of my weddings.  However your booking doesn't guarantee a 2nd shooter.  If you would like a guaranteed 2nd shooter let me know and this can be arranged.  I know lots of amazing photographers to call upon.

Do we need to pay a deposit?
20% of your chosen package will secure your booking.  This deposit is non refundable. 

When do we need to pay the full amount?
4 weeks before the big day the outstanding balance will need to be paid off.  I will send you an email to remind you as we get close to that time.

How far will you travel?
I will happily travel 60 miles in total, so 30 miles there and 30 miles back.  Anything beyond that from Wigan is only 54p per mile.

Do we need to feed you?
I understand the cost of a wedding isn't cheap, so asking for food for myself and possible a 2nd shooter could add another £100 onto your day.  So I don't ask that you provide food but certainly won't turn down a hot meal!

How long does it take to get our photos back?
This can take up to 4 weeks depending on work load but will certainly not be longer.  Adding an album to your booking will take a little longer as this is put together from your chosen photos once you have them back.

I didn't order an album, can I always add this later?
Of course!  Don't worry about ordering one after you've received your photos.  There isn't an extra charge for adding an album later.  You can always order one when the time is right for you.
